Eric is an eclectic mixture of old-style manners and post-modern philosophy. He approaches his job as the team's developer with enthusiastic zeal, and often returns to older sites to update them on his own time when newer methods and coding techniques become available. He frequently takes calls from clients personally, and works closely with the other staff. He strongly believes that the internet is for everyone, not just the rich and powerful.

Eric is a self-confessed computer geek, an avid gamer, and is addicted to web comics.

Mitch Moore

Mitch has one foot in design and one foot in technology for a truly old-school meets new school approach. He uses his technical skills to complement his design training in every project which allows for a efficient workflow in the office. He works with clients to design content that is professional and suits their needs. His personal design philosophy values minimalism and clean lines to enhance a client’s brand rather than overwhelm it.

Mitch is probably a nerd; he knows the geek culture, enjoys science fiction novels, is a die-hard gamer, and is active in the art scene.

Jami Winstrom

Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Jami is a digital marketer, focused on inbound strategy and content creation. She understands that writing text, copy, and content can be a daunting and time consuming task. By partnering with her, you will have more time and energy to focus on other aspects of your endeavors. Her passion is simply not to just write words for her clients, but to truly take the time to get to know them and their own unique personal style. Jami is also an expert in using social media as a critical part of her client's overall marketing strategy.

Jami is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a BA in English, and is a graduate student of Eastern Tennessee State University, where she is completing her Masters of Science degree in Digital Marketing. Jami is also Hubspot certified in Inbound Marketing.
